Overheating protection

The dryer is equipped with double thermostatic protection

against overheating:

1. Cut-out – operation in automatic cycle, it means, when

temperature grows extensively, the heater is switched off

and the dryer operates as a fan, after cooling down the

heater is on again.

2. Temperature limiter holding mains supply – prevents

the appliance overheating during operation in non-typical

conditions, i.e. blocked engine.

After the limiter goes, in order to start up the dryer again:

Remove the plug from the mains supply outlet,

Leave the appliance to cool down,

Insert the plug into the mains supply outlet,

Switch the dryer on again.

Cleaning and maintenance of the food dryer

Clean the sieves and lid in lukewarm water with usual

washing up liquids.

Clean the base- „Heat-and ventilation unit” with damp

cloth and dry carefully.

Environmental protection

This device was designed and made of high

quality materials and components that can be

reused. The symbol of the crossed out waste

container means that the product is subject to

separate collection in accordance with the

provisions of Directive 2012/19/EU. This marking informs

that, after the period of use, the product cannot be disposed

of with other household waste. The user is obliged to return

the used product to the entity collecting waste electrical and

electronic equipment, creating the system for collection of

such waste - including the appropriate store, local collection

point or municipal unit. Send the cardboard packaging for

paper recycling, throw polyethylene (PE) bags into the

container for plastic. Waste equipment can have a harmful

effect on the environment and human health due to the

potential content of hazardous substances, mixtures and

components. The household plays an important role in

contributing to the reuse and recovery of secondary raw

materials, including recycling, of waste equipment. At this

stage, attitudes are shaped that affect the maintenance of

the common good, which is a clean environment. If this

product is disposed of incorrectly, penalties may be

imposed in accordance with national legislation.
