This heating plaid will give you an unparalleled sense

of well-being. Practical and lightweight, the heating

plaid will bring you optimum comfort and warmth

wherever you are.

Reliable and safe, the LANAFORM heating plaid oers

adjustable temperature control and adjustable op-

erating time.

Thanks to its removable power cord the LANAFORM

heating plaid is machine washable at up to 40°C.

Tested rigorously in accordance with current

European standards, the LANAFORM heating plaid

not only makes you warm in winter but also keeps

you warm in damp or rainy weather.

To prevent the risk of burns,

Only use the product according to the instructions

given in this manual.

This unit is not intended for use by people (in

cluding children) with reduced physical, sensory

or mental capabilities, or persons with lack of

experience or knowledge, unless a person re-

sponsible for their safety can supervise or instruct

them beforehand in the use of the unit. Children

should be supervised to make sure they do not

play with the device.

Do not use attachments that are not recommend

-

ed by LANAFORM or supplied with this unit.

•

If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced

by a special or similar cable available from the

supplier or the latter’s after sales department.

• Do not use this device if the power plug is dam-

aged, if the unit is not working properly, has been

dropped on the oor or if it is damaged or has

been dropped into water. In this case have the

unit examined and repaired by the supplier or

his after sales service.

• Do not carry this device by its power cable or use

the cable as a handle.

•

Always unplug the device after use or before cleaning.

• Do not attempt to retrieve a unit that has fallen

into water, unplug it immediately.

• An electrical device must never remain plugged

in without supervision. Unplug it when you are

not using it.

• Use your heating plaid only with the electrical

plug provided.

• Never let anything drop or insert any object into

any openings.

• Never use this device in a room where aerosols

(sprays) are used in a room or where oxygen is

being administered.

• To disconnect the unit turn the knob to the “OFF”

position, then remove the plug from the mains.

Do not use safety pins, do not scratch the heating

plaid with a sharp object and do not beat it with

a blunt object. Do not attach the plaid heating

blanket with pins or other metal objects.

• Do not expose your heating plaid to the sun and

do not iron it. This will prevent damage to the

insulation of the electrical circuit.

•

This heating plaid is not intended to be used

in a hospital.

• Do not use the heating plaid with other heating

devices or to heat other devices (foot warmers,

hot water bottle).

• This unit is intended only for family use.

• If you are concerned about your health, consult

a doctor before using this device.

•

If you experience any pain when using this device,

stop using it immediately and consult your doctor.

•

Never use this unit on a body part that is swollen

or inamed or in the case of skin rash.

• The remote control must remain at hand, do not

leave the switch hidden under the top mattress,

pillow or another object.

• Do not use the heating plaid when it is wet and

do not turn it on to dry.

•

Do not use the heating plaid like a mattress or

under a person. You may only use it as a heating

plaid around you or over the bed.
