IMPORTANT SAFEGUARD

• Home use only. Do not use for industrial

purpose.

• Unplug when assembling and

disassembling the unit.

• Close supervision is necessary when any

appliance is used near children.

• Under load continuous running of meat

grinder should be not more than 6 minutes

with the following 10 minutes interval for

motor cooling.

• To avoid jamming, do not force to operate

the unit with excessive pressure.

• Never try to replace the parts and repair

the unit by yourself.

• All parts of this product are not allowed to

be disinfected by microwave oven so as

to avoid heat deformation and damage.

All parts and materials in touch with food

meet the requirements of food grade

certication.

• It’s strictly prohibited to put hands or sharp

object into the feeding port and touch the

rotating parts such as screw/cutter/blade/

thread during working to avoid damage

• If the motor stops auto and cannot be

reversed due to the blocking during

operation, please press “power” key to

stop forward rotation and press “REV” key

to withdraw food, then the motor should

be started to turn forward for normal use.

If still blocked rotation, it’s recommended

to clean the screw inside. This method is

to protect the motor.

• Note: Do not use too much force when

pressing food.

• This appliance is not intended for use by

persons (including children) with reduced

physical, sensory or mental capabilities,

or lack of experience and knowledge,

unless they have been given supervision

or instruction concerning use of the

appliance by a person responsible for

their safety.

• Children should be supervised to ensure

that they do not play with the appliance.

BEFORE THE FIRST USING

• Check that voltage indicated on the rating

label corresponds the mains voltage in

your home.

• Wash all parts (except body) in warm

soapy water.

• Never try to replace the parts and repair

the unit by yourself.

INSTRUCTION FOR USING

ONE. TAP POSITION (g. B)

“Power” button: Start/stop (forward turn),

run for 7 min automatically stop;

“REV” button: Reverse, click and reverse

foe 2 sec at a time;

“Function” button: Switch and select

Mutton, Salad, Beef, Sausage, Fish and

Souce 6 positions;

Tip: When the dregs are not smooth or

blocking rotation, press the “REV” button,

screw propeller reversal 2 sec then stop

ASSEMBLING

1. Put the auger, knife and cutter in the meat

container. Then screw it with the screw.

Insert the head into the device and press

the switch.

2. Insert the meat grinder

assembly into the body

machine, and then press

the lock key to lock the

meat grinder assembly.

3. Select the desired gear

and turn on the “power”

to start the motor. Put the

appropriate size of the ingredients into the

meat container feeding port, gently press

down with pusher bar.

4. After use, rst turn off the power supply,

open the lock key, then loose the meat

grinder assembly and remove it before

cleaning!

MINCING MEAT

• Cut all foods into pieces so that they

t easily into the hopper opening.

(Sinewless, boneless and fatless meat is

recommended, approximate size: 20 x 20

x 60mm)

• Plug and switch on machine.

• Feed foods into the hopper plate. Use for

it only the food pusher.

• After use switch the unit off and unplug it

from the power supply.

REVERSE FUNCTION

• Feed screw will be rotating in the opposite

direction, and the head will get empty.

• If it doesn‘t work, switch the unit off and

clean it.

MAKING SAUSAGE

Before starting please assemble sausage

attachment as per following (g. C)

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

DISASSEMBLING

• Make sure that the motor has stopped

completely.

• Disconnect the plug from the power outlet.

• Disassemble by reversing the steps from

assembling.

• If the xing ring is not easily removed by

hands, please use tools.

• To remove the cutting plate easily, place a

screwdriver between the cutting plate and

the head as illustrated and lift it up.

CLEANING

• Remove meat, etc.

• Wash each part in warm soapy water.

• Dishwasher safe stainless steel parts..

• Do not immerse the motor housing in

water, but only wipe it with a damp cloth.

• Thinners and petrol will crack of change

the color of the unit.

• Wipe all the cutting parts by vegetable oil-

wet cloth.
